The Traditional Worship service incorporates many elements of the traditional order of worship for the United Methodist Church including the Apostles’ Creed, Lord’s Prayer, hymns, children’s minute, anthems, sermon, and the sacrament of Holy Communion offered the 1^st Sunday of each month.

 

In addition to incorporating a sermon, a children’s minute, and Holy Communion, the Contemporary Worship service also offers music with a praise band, drama, and other multimedia.

 

Yes. We do provide a nursery for infants through age three. Four and five year old children may stay with their parents until Children’s Church begins during each service. A teacher will lead them out during each service.

 

Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Morningstar has a casual atmosphere, so typically, you will see men in khakis and polo shirts and women in slacks or casual skirt and top.
